We hope that you love your new purchase, but in the unfortunate case that you want to process a return or refund, we're here to help.
RETURN POLICY:
• You have 30 calendar days from the date of your order.
• If you cannot find your order number, please contact us and we'll be happy to find it for you.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from ProcussionRecovery.com can be returned to PROCUSSION. Any products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective return policy.
• If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
• We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all items that were included when you received it.

All orders are processed within 72 hours -- weekends or holidays can affect this.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide!
• International shipping rates will be shown upon checkout.
• International orders will be processed and shipped out between 2-4 days. Weekends & holidays may affect this.
SHIPMENT & TRACKING INFO
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
• Any fees or customs imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
• PROCUSSION is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, FREE of charge!
This warranty excludes
1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
2. Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
3. Units not used in accordance with Procussion care instructions;
4. Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
5. Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
6. Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
